Responsible for providing day to day technical support for all Middleware instances installed throughout TSYS International sites, including but not limited to; Sterling Commerce Connect Direct & GIS, Jboss, Tibco and Control-M . This will include BAU support related to legacy installations and support for any future project activities. Support the relevant business units to ensure that increases in capacity and future client requirements are provisioned for. Develop and sustain a practical working relationship with all third party Middleware vendors that supply TSYS International. Working as part of a compact team you will be expected to provide out of hours support on a rota basis.
